The flash player plug-in allows you to view streamed multimedia animation. Flash Player automatically comes with the browsers listed above. Shockwave Player Macromedia Shockwave Player displays destination web content such as interactive product training demos and e-merchandising applications. 
Computer Speed
If you have dial up access, you the bottom right hand corner of your computer will tell you have fast your connection speed is. The connection speed needs to be 28.2 kbs in order to take this on-line course.
